So an hour ago, I finished my first 60 minute workout. Holy cow! I'm used to 45 minutes so I thought, "Okay, self, let's see how far we can go." Once I got to 55 minutes, I decided to just go for it. I'm seriously motivated to bust through this weight loss plateau I've reached. Here's hoping 60 minute cardio/strength training workouts 5-6 times a week are the answer...
