Not sure if you have PCOS or not, but when they did an ultrasound, what kind did they do? If they did one externally, it wouldn't show if you have cysts or not. They have to do a vaginal, internal ultrasound to see if you have cysts, which could be an indication you have PCOS. But with that said, all women with PCOS do not have cysts. Bring this up to your dr and ask for more tests if possible!
