Mloverstreet: Way to go on your longer workout today. I think that we it in our head that we can only do a certain amount of time, or certain type of exercise. We're capable of more than we think! Keep pushing and challenging yourself. Doesn't it feel good to pass the time you've previously done?
Farmgrrl: Hands out of the chip bowl. LOL. I tell you, I am so drawn to chips. I just can't have them out, or I'll nibble all day. I'm sure that skipping a meal made it harder to resist too. Don't forget to eat meals!
