Well, I totally slacked and skipped yesterday.

I'm back on board today.

:15 IWTB!: Abs (Part 1)
:15 IWTB!: Arms (Part 2)
:15 IWTB!: Buns (Part 2)
:15 Planks, side planks, push ups, and some Windsor Pilates exercises

I'm not sure what the exact requirements are for the new week, so I just tried to do something. I did some searchs for pland and push up variations. I do some of the plank variations now, but the girl push ups are hard enough without trying to add any variations at this point. I'm hoping to be able to move to the full push ups by Wednesday at the latest, even if it's just 5. I love IWTB! The copy I'm using is from Netflix, but I'm going to have to get my own copy.
