I'm not sure why you don't want to go to the doctor. High blood pressure is very dangerous. It can cause a stroke. If it stays high over a long period of time, even if you don't have a stroke, it can cause your heart muscle to harden, kidney disease, or an aneurysm. There are lots of blood pressure medicines that are very cheap, and one visit to your primary car physician shouldn't be too expensive.
Doctors usually recommend the DASH diet if your only ailment is high blood pressure. I think it's too high carb, low fat for an optimal PCOS diet, but it does teach you about reducing sodium.
