Said if it happens that bad again to call my surgeon though because they're limited on what they can do. When I first got there my blood pressure was 180/90 which is very high for me (I usually run 100/50). I was pretty dehydrated too and it took 11 sticks to get my iv and blood. I haven't even tried to eat yet today. They ended up giving me 3 doses of dilaudid (strong pain med) and 2 doses of IV protonix and phenergan. They also sent me home with a prescription called Bentyl or something like that it's supposed to be good for stomach pain. It was seriously the worst pain I've ever felt. I'm terrified to even try and eat today. So far the pain is is some better today but I've not tried to do anything. |
I had same issues and pain when my GALLBLADDER went hay wire on me. Do you still have a galbladder???
