I am new on here as well as new to PCOS. I agree with you...looking back on my life the symptons have been there since puberty but finally getting to the point of feeling something is really wrong with me and having a great doctor I was finally diagnosed with PCOS. I am interested to see how a low glycemic diet will help with the symptoms of PCOS. |
