Thanks for the links. I would add the Womentowomen.com site to the list of helpful websites for menopause and PCOS. It's a holistic health site that part of a clinic in Yarmouth Maine. The articles are very interesting and stress diet, exercise, and hormonal balance.
Here's their main article on PCOS. You can also take part in a personal program that gives more indepth nutritional support and call-in support from a nurse educator (which sounds really cool). I've been enjoying the articles there and now trying to decide whether or not to do the program. Anyway, if you take a holistic health approach to life, you will definitely like the site!
