Sorry, I don't remember - but I do remember you giving me some great info about the progesterone cream!!
It is a tough diet to do. I think the only thing that got me motivated is pain (joints). Though I'm not perfect all the time!!
The most important things I've read are getting rid of the soda - diet or sugar. The phosphorus is a killer. When I heard it took 32 glasses of water to rebalance PH after one glass of soda, that did it for me. I miss just the one glass I was drinking horribly though!! The diet soda actually curbed my sugar cravings. And adding lots of green leafy vegs & fruits go a long way. Even when I go off the diet, I make sure to get them in every day. It's important to build up your mineral stores & to get organic sodium. Supplements just weren't cutting it for me. I still ended up with vit/mineral deficiencies.
