Reza~Well after reading the book some what and watching the shows its made me feel 100% at peace with my decision. I'm actually in the waiting for lap band. I'm hoping to have surgery within the next year. I'm trying to get myself used to no soda and alot of other changes now so I can acheive my goals with the aid of the band. I've struggled my whole life and after many years (6) of Dr's pushing me to get the band and watching myself yo-yo I had to make the decision. I toss back and forth for the past 6 years over bypass, sleeve, band etc etc. This is a hard road and by no means will the band be my answer. Its going to be a tool I use in my life style change.
