I understand why you'd be nervous about BCP's. They can actually mess stuff up even worse. I don't see why PP wouldn't be able to prescribe you met or provera, but they would have to do blood tests first. I would do some calling around first before you make an appointment that way you can see what they can do for you before you pay them! Not having insurance is so hard! I didn't have it for almost 5 years before I got with my hubby!
