Crazy good idea for the reminder to water. During the night i drink up to 2 litres of water throughout the day all in all maybe 2 litres so i dont do bad with water but need to be better with itr and make it a bigger part of my diet
Been really bad again and gaining weight like crazy this morning its been a good start though!
2 crumpits with a dash of butter 175 calories. Then i will have some no added sugar squash which is 4 calories a glass i think and i say thats water to because u make it up with water lol -sorry that turned into a ramble
MaK well done what a achievement! cant wait to be under 300 myself! have a while to go though mind!
