thanks for the advice, and info. I am about to start the GI diet and I do think I have made up my mind to try the Hyponidd. Do you think I should just try hyponidd and cinnamon and no saw palmetto? Maybe I'll wait and see what the two do together before throwing the Saw palmetto in there. Thanks again!
