Irregular periods, no periods, or often heavy periods are all normal for PCOS. There are medications your dr can prescribe you to regulate and bring on some periods for you.
Also, having kids is totally a possibility. For some it takes a couple of months, for some it takes a couple of years. If you can make an appointment with a Reproductive Endocrinologist or at least an OBGYN, they can set up a plan for you when you are trying to concieve (TTC)
