Generally speaking no one food or food group will directly affect belly FAT. There might be many that affect belly BLOAT, but not FAT.

The best way to attack belly fat is through balanced diet, exercise, and perhaps specific hormone regulation (like androgens):

PICK UP WEIGHTS! Aerobic exercise alone does not affect insulin resistance...
