Hey all, I thought i'd update you. I have lost a total of 12 lbs since last thursday by following this food list very closely

Yay Me! We bought a tape measure on tuesday and I measured then and again yesterday. I lost 3 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my chest area in 1 day!! I wish I would have started measuring last thursday when I started. My pants & shirts are already feeling looser. I'll keep you all updated on my weight loss. I also started blogging about it at
