Hey do you find frozen veggies to be just as good as fresh? I've been checking some of those out, lately. I wondered about the frozen steamed veggies... you steam them in the microwave using the bag they come in...as far as I understand. I suppose that doesn't matter as long as you're just getting some vegetables in your system.
Kat, my late-Grandma, had a daily journal (loved to write) and at the side of each entry she would list what she had to eat that day. I'm sure I can do that!
