I'm sorry you're feeling so down. I was diagnosed with depression yesterday and when I read you post I could really relate to what you're saying. The dr talked to me and offered me meds but I refuse [it's totally up to you if you take them but I said I wanted to learn how to be happy myself.] I go to the dr again in 3 weeks and start councilling in around 5 weeks.
