i too have trouble with breakfast...usually for me heart to heart cereal and 1% milk or toast or english muffin, oatmeal with peanut butter, the weight control oatmeal. i don't usually like eggs for breakfast but was just thinking that breakfast is often too much carbs... i love yogurt but have never seen the lower sugar kind... i like the idea of cottage cheese and fruit or preserves in oatmeal. keep the ideas coming, this is good!
