hello ladies! it's good to see the progress you all are making on your weight loss. as for me, i am STILL teetering between 284-286 on the scale. it's frustrating me! i started to get encouraged when i saw 283, but sure enough when i hop on the scale today it was back to 284. it has to be the carbs. i'm doing my best to eat whole grains but i know that the reason why i'm not losing like i was before is because i'm not on phase 1 of SBD and i've dropped down to 4x/wk workouts instead of the 6x/wk. there's 4 days left of school and i'm moving out of my classroom so getting my belongings packed up and finishing my report cards are taking priority for now. after memorial day, the gym will not be open on sundays, and i've been taking saturdays off as my day of rest. there's no childcare offered on the weekends and it's getting harder to find someone to watch my son while i work out because he's been having some problems lately.
i will be going on a 2 week vacation starting june 8 (yippee) and i really want to lose the 50lbs by then. looks like i'll be working my butt off the first week of june eh? lol
