Hey Mandie-- you may have noticed from our bootcamp thread that I am a Turbo Jam fan! I love it seriously. I don't really follow a particular schedule, I just keep an exercise log and try to mix things up as best as I can to keep myself interested. There is a schedule that comes with the original 5, but I never followed that one. I found the following schedule doing a little googling, if your looking for something a little more intense.
WEEK 1
1. Cardio Party 3 (1/2 w/gloves) (50) & Lower Body Jam (30 min) – 80
2. 3T-Totally Tubular Turbo (35) & FatBlaster (30 min) - 65
3. Punch, Kick, and Jam (w/gloves) (50) plus Ab Jam (20 min) - 70

I don't have the ball workout yet, but I've been thinking about getting it. Also, I don't know if you heard this yet, but Chalene is coming out with a new series of workouts called ChaLEAN Extreme and it should be out next Fall I think. I can't wait!
