I think that puts it very well. For myself, except occasionally when we're away from home on vacation, I shave my face every morning. Work colleagues, neighbors etc. don't know that I have male-type moustache and beard growth -- they never see any trace of hair on my face. On the other hand, as far as other hair is concerned I leave it. I keep it covered up. Yes, my butt is hairy -- but then, who sees it other than DH, and I don't think mine is any hairier than his is.
