First off your doing things right your here and talking. Learn all you can about PCOS it changes daily and is different with every woman. Listen and talk to her about everything you can think of. And what ever come here and talk it helps I know. I kept everything bottled up for so long it almost ended a 10 year marriage. Remember one major thing bro it not always you. There are so many aspects besides sex and moods. I have found my woman is more passionate then before. But with understanding and meds PCOS can be lived with.
