I am willing to start a support group for men with women suffering with PCOS or PCOD. My goal is to push for more research for PCOS/PCOD. I went through my medical program, where PCOS/PCOD was a disease mentioned just like any other disease out there and I only learned the basics of it until today I am dating someone I very much care about also is suffering with PCOS.

I think is great you want to take an active roll in your GF PCOS and try to get men in on it too. But i am sorry if i take this the wrong way there are many of us men that support and deal with everything PCOS has to throw at us. My brother I was dealing with PCOS for 2 years before they even told us this is what we were dealing with. No meds no anything at all. And there are alot of men out there like me. I am finding this board when others post is a great place. Most men including me find it hard to post cause we are to the rock of the marriage and nothing hurts me. I tell you want though theres nothing like dealing with a disorder that you cant really help with only deal. I hope you are digging far into PCOS and not stopping at the basics there is alot of info out there PCOS effects every women differently. remember this no matter how tough it gets being able to talk to your GF is the best thing so you both are on the same page. The moment you both stop talking the faster down hill everything will go. Basic things you should be for your GF tell her every min of every hour how much she means to you, looks, anything you can come up with. I wish you much luck with everything and if you want to talk I am on these boards every day.
