Hi Dagmar,

I hope that by the time you see this you will have your cream. You too lackyband although I have no idea on the shipping time to Western Oz!

I think there are people here with better experience than me as when I was TTC I was totally unaware of the existence of this product. However I would say to start taking it around day 14 of your cycle or if you know when you ovulate about 3 days afterwards. Use it for 14 days then stop. As to how much I would say half a teaspoon twice a day, say morning and evening.

Maybe someone else will offer their personal experience but I would say that don't forget we are all different and some are more deficient than others so we all have our own starting points. It may take a couple of months before anything starts to settle and regulate. I see PCOS chick, who may well cime in here and is very welcome to do so! said she had a horrendously long cycle. I note from her most recent post that her cycle seems to be getting a couple of days shorter each time, which has to be good news I would say.

I will close with a little encouragement for you all. Last summer I received an email from someone with exceptionally low levels of progesterone. She had sadly miscarried many times. Hewr Doctor said she would never carry because of low progesterone. She started using natural progesterone and soon conceived again. She continued with the progesterone right up to week 32 of her pregnancy when she tapered it off. At 38 weeks labour was induced and she had a lovely little girl, called Bonnie, just over 2 weeks ago. Bonnie is perfect and her parents and grandparents are ecstatic.

kind regards

Jean
