Thanks for the tip .. I'm no expert but i KNEW you shouldn't just cut out whole food groups completely.
I tried to persevere today but couldn't tolerate it, I had a small portion of potato with dinner and a tiny bit of bread (two mouthfuls) - well, what dya know, within half an hour the headache I've been nurturing for 2 days vanished !
