Default Could someone tell me what in the world is going on??

I am so confused. My dr says I developed type 2 in pregnancy. My baby is almost 5 weeks old. My dr wanted to do a glucose tolerance test to see how diabetic I have become.
Ever since I had my baby, I have been watching carbs and testing my sugar. If I don't watch what I eat, my sugar can get high- like 156 at 2 hours after a meal. My fasting is a little high too.
So today at the test my fasting was 114. I went home for the 2 hours. I did not walk around. I rested because I really wanted accurate results. At the one hour mark, I tested my sugar and it was 186. Then right before I went in to the office it was 113. When I got back there she tested it and it was 100. This was a 2 hour test. I am so confused why I can't eat a lean cuisine because it raises my sugar but I can drink 75 grams of sugar and it's normal?!?!
I don't want to be diabetic but I want an accurate result also. What does this mean? The lab lady says I am not diabetic. I am waiting on my dr to call me. I would love to not be diabetic but I am confused why when I eat certain things my sugar goes up.
What do you think is going on??
