I wish I could answer your question. Unfortunately I'm just as confused myself. I've always tested "normal" for my OGT and fasting test, however I went to the dr a few weeks ago for a test on my prolactin, I guess he tested my glucose too, and I'm now IR. It was about an hour after eating spaghetti I got an insulin level of 243, and a glucose level of 4. So who the hell knows. Apparently the people who do aren't responding to queries. lol
