Hello again!
Not stalking you lol....
I think having the husbands/boyfriends section has been an eye opener for me as me been the person with the illness and all that comes with it I kinda neglected my hubby in ways you guys have spoken about. I am very self concious and eventhough I want nothing more than to cuddle my hubby, because of pain racing hormones and self image, I'm afraid to lead him on, so I have explained how I felt that it's not him, and can we just snuggle up on the couch and see how it goes, and we seem to be able to communicate more. I never realised how bad men feel, and never believed my hubby when he's says I'm gorgeous and is so proud to walk down the street with me. He says he wishes I could see me how others do, so I'm trying to concentrate on my flaws, deal with what I can. We are together 10 yrs also, so I don't blame pcos for everything. I also have endometriosis, and M.E. so I'm exhausted most of the time. Not sure if your wife suffers from fatigue, if she says she does I would believe her.
My hubby is the best, I love him so much, and hope to make all this PCOS crap go away. If I find anything that helps I will share.
Have a nice day! |
