I can't see your chart with that link.
Was it heavy spotting? Did you need a pad or anything? It's possible that was af, perhaps you didn't ovulate and your lining was thin. I'm using Soy and npc also and what I've been doing is waiting until ovulation is confirmed to start my npc. If you get to cd25 or later and still no ov you could either take 5 more days of Soy or start the npc to begin a new cycle. Also, how much npc are you using? I use 1/2 tsp two times a day (am and pm).
