I think you need a second opinion. I'm new to the PCOS game, but I do know that Metformin is pretty much standard treatment for it. Also, it helps you get your weight under control not just get pregnant. I would see 1 - 2 other Reproductive Endocrinologists ( fertility experts ). See what they think. Don't just go to an OBGYN, I went undiagnosed for years by mine....
