Thanks, Beth. From you post, it looks as though we share (or shared) the same PCOS symptoms. I have also thought about laser hair removal, so I'm glad you brought that up. We also have a very similar starting weight, though at 5'3", I'd bet I'm shorter than you. Good luck in your training, and thanks again for the post. I will certainly check out that other forum. |
