I recently m/c (first m/c, second pregnancy) I know when I ttc again I will be unbelievably nervous of another m/c. I take metformin and will continuing it throughout the first trimester if I succeed another pregnancy. I also take 1 baby aspirin - my doc put me on it after pregnancy confirmation (it helps reduces chances of preeclampsia - had it with my first pregnancy 10 years ago). I am anxious and scared to try. Just try to relax and let your body do what it needs to in order to hopefully have a H&H 9 months. |
