Hi everyone No I'm not Trini but I am Jamaican. I have a question for all you island gals. I have been trying to lose weight for some time now and find it hard because I love Jamaican food. Which means a lot of rice, fried dumplin' and other high fat foods. Most diet plans do not take ethnic food into consideration when they are created. Has anyone been able to find any success on a diet of "life style change" where you can stilleat these type of foods? |
