It is a uterine tonic, and can thicken uterine lining.
Some caveats though: Do not use with fertility meds - it can reduce absorption. And there is confusion as to whether it can stimulate or reduce uterine contractions. Magnesium can reduce contractions, so better to use that in that instance.
