If you take progesterone before ovulating, it usually will prevent ovulation. After 3 high temps over coverline, start NPC.
Also vitex may work against you. Alot of women don't see any benefit until 3 mos., and in the meantime it prevents O for about 50% of women. SO that is up to you whether you want to continue it or not.
Progesterone should only be used before ovulation for a shutdown. Shutdown basically shuts down your ovaries and gives them a break while you get rid of excess estrogen. And shutdowns shouldn't be done for more than 3 mos. in a row.
So you could stop progesterone now. If you don't get AF then start taking your temps immediately since you probably didn't ovulate last cycle. See if you ovulate. If you do, then start NPC again after 3 high temps.
