Default Caribbean Cysters

I have started a social group for all those living in or originally from the Caribbean. I am living in St Lucia. I have tried to start increasing the awareness of PCOS on the island. I find that very few women here know they have PCOS - most are told by drs not to worry about it unless they are trying to conceive.

I appreciate all those who would like to join to support each other. I know how difficult it can be trying to find a good dr, the right diet, or someone else who understands your culture plus PCOS.
