Default A question for, and about, the boys.

So I was fairly recently diagnosed and since then I've started dating a really great guy. It is most definitely not at the point where I feel the need to tell him about the diagnosis or the potential implications, but I would like to be prepared for when that time comes (whether it's with him or someone else down the line). So here's my question, when is the appropriate time? I know there's a line somewhere between scaring off some poor guy who just wanted to go on some dates and standing at the altar, I'd just like a little male perspective (or female experience who've been in the situation) on where that line is. And how exactly is the best way to conduct such a conversation?
