Hello peeps.
Sort of a newbie here. I finally decided to do something about my weight problem. So here I am. I would really like to join in.
I'll post me weekly progress, since my goals include losing a kilo every week, which rounds of to a healthy four kilos a month.
I'm currently at 87 kilos. Short term goal- 10 kgs till 30th September 2008.
Long term goal- 20 kilos by January 2009.
Anyone out there who wants to buddy up towards that goal? |
