Mrs Hoobery - I think it's good to start charting, you can see how your body is doing, how meds/vitamins/herbs are effecting your temps, and gets you in the habit, for when AF decides to visit. I did it for 3 mo, went on vacation.... messed up my habit, decided to take a break until AF shows, then I am on top of it again.
Dana - Thanks for the encouragement, that's funny.... never thought a doggie would be insync with us.... but the whole insync theory is true, all the girls in my house growing up started the same week.
Snow - The things we go thru, to get our systems regulated, thanks for sharing... I had an extra plastic measuring set, and I can't find it... I was using a plastic spoon, but now I just dip my finger in, and get a dime size amt out, that's what my directions say...

AFM - Day 13 on Progesterone Cream, thinking about going to Day 16... for more Progesterone.. so when I withdraw maybe.. that will help. And picking up Dong Quai in the next couple days... so maybe that will help too.
