Having any procedure done in Mexico (Tijuana) can be a really tricky thing. They have some excellent doctors down there, but you have to research them, and research to see if anyone in the U.S. has had anything done by them. People's experiences are a lot better than diplomas on the wall. I've had friends who have gone to Mexico City to have medical procedures done (boob implants, tummy tucks, etc) but none have gone to Tijuana yet. If I hear something, I'll let you know.
I had my Lazic surgery down there several years ago and loved it. Paid half of what I would have paid here. My Aunt recommended the Doctor though, so I knew he was reputable.
