I found this on McDonald's website, but it doesn't say anything about fertility treatment. It's probably more in detail once you actually get hired

They do have adoption assistance. Any bit helps if you're looking to adopt! "
Adoption assistance - Our adoption assistance program helps employees afford the costs associated with adopting a child under age 18. Employees are reimbursed for 80% of eligible expenses, up to $2,500 per child."

Oh
Nena! I want your insurance now!

If you don't mind me asking, what insurance company do you have?
Kat- I'm not sure how good it is with fertility treatments, but I do believe they have a good family plan. I had a coworker who started working there to get the medical benefits for her kids, since it was less expensive than the family plan our employer provided and covered more things. I also remember Suze Orman had a lady call into her show asking about something completely random and when Suze found out she didn't have medical for her family, she became upset and told her to work for Starbucks because they had a good medical plan. lol If Suze says it, it must be a good plan
