Delmar-how many mgs of the d-pinnitol are you taking? I've been taking 2 capsules (1200mgs) a day, but i read that only 33% of the d-pinnitol is absorbed as D-Chiro Inositol, which means I should be taking 3600mgs. That would be so expensive. I think the Chiral Balance actually works out cheaper. |
