Just a heads-up--Clomid can cause side effects while you are taking it and BEFORE you ovulate. If you ovulate, then post-ovulation side effects (either pre-AF or early pg) are generally caused by the progesterone you are producing. So, in a roundabout way, you can say the Clomid "caused" the side-effects, if the Clomid caused you to ovulate. I took clomid and never experienced any side effects, but common ones are hot flashes, night sweats, moodiness, vaginal dryness and others that resemble menopause, because Clomid binds your estrogen receptors and blocks them from binding estrogen.
Unfortunately, there's no way to know if the moodiness, sore boobs, fatigue, etc are pointing to a pg or not---progesterone can cause these s/e in everyone, pg or not. So, like the rest of us impatient women, you have to wait until approx 2 weeks post-ovulation and then do pg test. Good luck!
