I have found in the past that if I do circuit/interval training I lose the most. I will do cardio for 5 mins then work abs, arms, legs (which ever is the area for that day). When I am finished with that set, I will go back to cardio for 5 mins. I will continue this until I have completed 4 training sets and 20 minutes of cardio.
This increased the fat breakdown on my body.
