I didn't take the promethium but I did take a medicine to help get a period started and I too was scared it was gonna be awful after not having one for over a year and not being used to it, but it really wasn't to bad, my Dr told me to start my BCP as soon as my period started and it ended up only lasting about 4 days with pretty much an average flow.. the cramps were pretty severe the first day or so, but i just stayed on naproxen around the clock the entire time even if i wasn't hurting! good luck! |
