 Soy dosage and days questions... : )
Hi there! I am TTC and I wanted to give soy a try. I just started my period today (YES, finally!) and was wanting to start soy. I was just curious what the CD's were again to start it and how much I should take. I already have a bottle but I just didn't know the dosages. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
