I'd probably write a letter to my OB if that happened to me. As Sheri mentioned in the aforementioned post, your doctor needs to know how his nurse is doing -- he probably has no idea that her bedside manner is bad as it is. I'm a big fan of letter writing -- it has done wonders for me. When I was trying to get pregnant, it was very difficult trying to contact my doctor re: recurrent pregnancy loss testing. I wrote him a letter and a couple of days later, the necessary lab work needed were ordered for me. HAd I just talked to his nurse, the message probably would never have reached my doctor.
