For breakfast, I have 2 eggs, 1 slice of whole grain toast, and some fruit.
The eggs are organic omega 3's, the toast is organic MEGA whole grain (with LOTS of flax - great for us cysters) and whatever organic fruit I have on hand.
I do not drink juice, but I find that the fruit satisfies that sweet tooth.
As far as oatmeal toppings: I mix in peanut butter, and then swirl in a few (15 tops!) dark chocolate chips. Adds a little protein and fat, and then a tiny bit of sweetness with the chocolate.
