Stephanie, Glad to hear about your experience on Yasmin. I'm a little frightened of creating estrogen dominance on it since the estrogen is so high. I read some women have dread shed after a few years on it from that. I think I'll stick with Yaz and go off of it quick if I have dread shed!

Lately, I've been obsessed with figuring out WHY my cortisol is so high (upconverted to testosterone/DHT). I'm obviously not reaching the root cause since the adrenal regulators (ashwagandha, Relora) and liver cleanse aren't helping long term... I had a eureka today, read that copper toxicity (low zinc) can cause poor iron absorption, high cortisol (upconverted to testosterone/DHT) and hair loss in women! Check it out - if it's your problem, it IS FIXABLE! I can't post links that I want to right now because the forum is not letting me...
